I do like it so far. Not pushed it yet as only just scrubbed in. We (wife and I) had a little slide on some of that shiny repair stuff they fill cracks with after about 225 miles, enough to make the wife slap me. It was dark and raining heavily with some surface water (B711 west of the reservoir) hence I didn't see it. As Lance says when it loses grip it does so gradually and regains grip the same way. Did 325 miles and all seems well. I was well happy with the PR3s wet or dry so we shall see with a few more miles. As for heat, to the touch the PR4 front felt similar to the PR3 rear, but that's very subjective.
