tick over is always going to sound rubbish but then its only tick over once you get the bike rolling as long as it sounds fine then i shouldnt worry however if you hear clonking noises and banging then you should be worried lol!!
The idle should be between 1200 and 1300 rpm i believe.
My curveys set at 1300 just because sounds like itd cut out at 1200 rpm. but 1200rpm would be better as its saves fuel and looks like we all need to save fuel the way things are going lol!
