That's a Contessamatic E, I had one with a knackered meter. The metering is a lot like the Vitomatic in that the index mark for shutter speed isn't fixed, it's on the shutter speed ring, but once you have chosen the right EV then you swap between the shutter/aperture combinations easily. That one looks pretty grubby! I think I can see oil on the blades from here. Contessa LK aside they are easy to adjust, and in my experience they are often sticky but tend to have lasted well.
