This. BT Mobile Black Friday deal was an upgrade to 4GB data and unlimited mins and texts for about the same I pay them now for a lot less. Signed up online and the confirmation came through as 3GB. Eh? The (overseas by the name) live chat muppet did not understand and then said it was probably new customers only despite me pointing out it did not say that anywhere on the website. Had to call customer services today who said "that's never happened before"
and promised to honour the offer, but it would take them up to a week to roll my account back and try again...
