Hi Robert, did you get it checked out - hope so.
I did exactly the same when I got it
as it sounded so bumpy & ticky compared to the IL4 I learnt on.
Had it to two places (one for service & one for MOT) only a couple of hundred miles ago and both happy with it.
Was always 100% reliable with me.
Used a bit of oil, but I read on here that that's usual so just kept an eye on it.
Gets lots of looks doesn't it
