A note of warning.
The boss under the engine which is the obvious place to jack/block is quite near the centre of gravity of the bike, and so there isn't much weight on the back keeping it stable on the paddock stand.
I did mine like this in a garage, put ropes round the handlebars up to the roof so it couldn't drop, and also put a bag of sand (with cloth to protect paintwork) on the pillion seat to make sure it stayed on the rear paddock stand.
