Default Re: The running thread.

Don't knacker that tendon! Give it a chance to heal properly, maybe a few shorter runs for a while.

We have quite a few runs starting to happen here now, some our regular runs, and some through the recently set up Powys Canicross group. Weather permitting, my running buddy and I are heading out at around 5.15am tomorrow to do the 7 mile loop to Pontrobert and back. This allows us to be back before our various kids need to be up and off to school. On Friday we're heading for Coed y brenin for a pre-race recce of the Goldrush trail. We, along with several other Powys Canicross members, are signed up for the 8.5 mile Goldrush trail race on 21st April. Sunday afternoon is a Canicross Powys social run of 5 - 7 miles in the grounds of Gregynog Hall, and then a night time run with the group on Tuesday evening.

Should keep us busy!
