Ok, I realise that from the perspective of 2020, multicylinder two strokes with a V configuration) are not exactly thick on the ground, but for a moment there I thought perhaps you were genuinely unaware of the RGV (or for that matter the RD500, which I have just remembered was a V4).

My problem is when I think about motorcycles, I tend to do it with a bit of a "nineties filter" as that's when I did most of my motorcycling (in the good old days before scamera vans or SUV driving ***holes trying vaguely to keep in lane while updating their facebook status).

It doesn't really help bring me up to date hanging out on a SV forum .

Anyway thanks for the KTM link I'll have a read of that. I can remember reading at least 20 years ago about how direct injection two strokes were going to sort out the emissions issues (still emission regs have obviously got a lot tighter since then ).
