If you can be arsed bringing it up to Bacup when I'll be at work I'll have a listen to it but doubt I'll have time to actually work on it
Can't really tell from the video but it does sound suspect.
DO NOT slacken the securing bolts and nip them back up that is an absolutely stupid idea. The tensioner is a ratchet and you will be putting an unknown tension on the camchain.
