I rolled about 5 times. Haven't fallen off since 1991 but still went "into position" as soon as I knew things were wrong. I did a "crash school" with the SCU back in the late 80s and it seems it's still instinctive! Best thing I ever did.
... as easy as falling off a bike! Not a mark on my leathers, gloves, helmet or boots although the waterpoof jacket I had on had stress tears all over it.
I can't lift my left arm very well from where the edge of my shoulderpad dug in whilst rolling but I've been laying tarmac all day so that's eased things up.
turns out I bounce well!
I found a photo strip of Nicky Hayden having the exact same accident on an SRAD in MCN Sport mag yesterday. The bike has the exact same marks as mine so I've got an action replay even though its not me in the pics of it going **** over tit.
