Please, if you are to book either bunkhouses or B&B for the AR, place what you have booked in this thread, and also tell the site owner on booking that you are with our group. Copy and paste, to keep list tidy.
Purely for us to keep track and make sure everything is in order for AR guests.

There are 6 B&B rooms and 4 x 4 berth and 4 x 6 berth bunkhouses.

If you are to be camping, please, for now just post in this thread, as monies for this is to be organised within the realms of the org for purpose of the 'tent fee waiver'. Do not pay anything to the owner for the time being. Plenty of time for that anyway!

I shall be posting up links to alternative accomodation in the area, for those who prefer to be off site. That will be in another thread when I have another two minutes to spare away from baby

If anything happens where you have booked and then cannot attend, please let us know, so we can replace your booking within the org walls, as I know people are quite enthusiastic to get a roof for the night, rather than canvas
