I've not run since Saturday and I really need to get out too. Still got this cold though and my friend around the corner who used to run a lot, competitively keeps telling me I shouldn't run with a cold as it can cause respiratory problems.
Thing is I'm so fed up with not running I might risk it and go for a gentle run tomorrow morning.
