Does anyone know of any decent rain covers?

I have bought 4 over this last week, 2 x FD MOTO and 2 X Bike it Deluxe Heavy duty Rain cover, and they both have let water through to the bike.

Useless is the only word I can use without swearing.

At the rate Im going it will have to be 2 small tarpaulins and plenty of clips...
