As in the one you put on your head when you ride a motorcycle (dirty minded fools!)
Just bought a new Shoei helmet in Small! My first lid was an AGV Stealth Medium, but after that broke in it was far too loose. Next up was a medium/small AGV Ti-Tech which was pretty good for about a year before getting too loose again. Switching to a brand that didn't do half sizes, I now have a Small and the fit is snug but great!
So it seems I have a girls sized head and that got me wondering what size was everyone else using? Not that it matters of course, right?
