Just had mine powder coated, and i am not sure if it's the coating process, or some rough handling, but it didn't line up when it came to refitting, but just fit 2 of the 4 bolts, and it's easy to twist back into shape. Same would apply if you have a slightly bent one.

Oh and you will need to tap out and clean the threads up, even if they used bungs.
