eek!
mine was once knocked over in the cascade carpark. wasnt on camera but car next to it had knocks and scratches on every corner (new volvo) so left a note on screen "did you see the wan£$% that knocked my bike over?"
same day got a call and a cheque through the post to replace broken bits!
guess i was v lucky!
