Ah bugger are you sheltering Bib or are the rules tighter up in scotland?
Down here we're able to use the bike for permitted travel and MOT's are voluntary for the next few months as long as your bike is actually roadworthy. I've managed to get out a few times, especially as the car battery appears fubar.
