Default Re: Suzuki Gladius - ZZR1400 Rear Shock

I was in bed last night and I couldn't get it out of my mind. I realised that I did need to change the shock or i'd have quite a few more sleepless nights.

I changed the shock this morning back to the GSXR one.

Quote:
If the dog bones were disconnected would your shock should swing freely from its upper mount point? It should do so to allow free movement of the swing arm, if it doesn't I would worry that it might jam at maximum suspension travel and that would be...unfortunate.
That's some good advice. I'll keep it as a rule of thumb for next time.

For anyone else reading this thread: A ZZR1400 shock will not fit a Suzuki Gladius.
