Just checking in, its getting nice so I've been riding more.

I rejetted the carbs even though the inscriptions say 17.5 on pilot and 150 on main. The openings were appearing small even though i cleaned them, so i just went with new ones. The next day it wouldn't start. Started checking stuff. The Oil guage was completely full. I drained some out and it was really thin, and smelled like gas. The the needle valve gasket failed and drained gas into the valves past the rings and right into the crankcase. So replaced the needles valves and gasket. Plus an oil change... Fun stuff.

Riding it is a dream now... sv650s are so fun to begin with. The gps isnt enough so i ordered a digital speedometer from ebay. I will post pics when its on. I think I will enjoy that more.

I started building a crf250 supermoto with my son and daughter. I fore-see two of those in our future the way they fight over it now. We watch thomas chareyre alot on youtube and have a blast.
