Out for a late afternoon run, much easier now with the evenings starting to get lighter.
A run of 6.9 miles out along the river to the next village and back through the woodland at our end.
Very pleased with the pace; under 9 minutes a mile which is pretty good for me on these muddy trails. Mind you, I didn't go up the steep side of the allt this time. That's for later in the week!
