Will the Norton sell? I'm willing to bet that the first batch will go in the blink of any eye, longer term? Don't know, but take a look at the CCM Spitfire, a 600cc bike that costs about £14k and they can't make them quickly enough.

Having had 2 triumphs and still owning one their quality control is fine from my point of view...
As for selling...if people spend 10k on a 600 retro motorcycle more fool them
