I found that closing the visor to within a fingertip of closed stopped it from fogging my glasses up too badly. Once I get underway, mine clear within 100yds or so. The visor itself is one that takes pinlock inserts, which don't seem to fog until I get in the house, at which point the heat fogs it up outside the visor.
The one tip I did find useful which applies to cage or visor - the fogging is caused by a temperature difference between the sides of the glass, so put a warm jumper on and have the window open a bit to minimise it in the box.
