I'm standard, except for things being taken away or wearing out rather than being modified:
my digestive tract (lower intestine) is 10cm shorter than it should be now (that section of "road" was deemed to be unsafe, and was replaced with a chicane).
my "loft insulation" has worn away to "next to nothing", so my heating bills are through the roof
no tattoos, piercings, or implanted metal of any kind (unless you count fillings)
