Not sure what speed I ended up taking it at as I had eased a little and
it doesn't look like much on Streetview. Was getting in the swing of the new tyres (which so far are brilliant) and they only had about 60 miles on them at that point and it was a little silly as had brief hailstones (which hurt!) 5 minutes earlier, though the roads weren't too damp. All good fun though
And really glad we thought "sod it let's carry on, out now" after the rain/hailstones, was really tempted to say I can't be bothered with this and head home - much like Dave must have thought when getting drenched coming down the M53. But it ended up nice and had some great roads (with not much traffic) to play on. Very enjoyable.
Will sort a little something out for next weekend if people are available and the weather looks alright on the day.
