I'm taking part in the Cardiff Half Marathon 2009 on 18/10/2009 to raise money for Velindre NHS Trust Charitable Fund and I'd really appreciate your support. im hoping to do it in under 2 hours, its live on C4 and S4C so im thinking about doing it in fancy dress, just to get on tele
