that's why I made the decision, I've noticed an increase in frequency (which can be caused by an enlarged prostate too). It was part of my yearly health insurance check up in the US, I wish the importance was stressed a bit more here.
The bad thing about the PSA test is its inaccuracy, giving false positives and negatives. One thing they didn't tell me in the US is no strenuous exercise nor sex (fat chance!) 48 hours before the test (it makes it more accurate).
Eat more tomatoes (they help prostate health).
