Moly grease should be used for bearings and any other components that are under high loads as it doesnt breakdown under the high pressure. It's a high melting point grease and is a lot smoother (finer) then copper grease.
Typically it's used on engine internals when rebuilding an engine sometimes mixed in with some clean engine oil.
Copper grease should only be used as an anti-seize agent as its relatively gritty and can do more harm then good if used in bearings etc.
