Sunday 8-9 is good, you get the whole weekend of coverage. Bank holidays are best (so Monday night), people will go for it. Other than that, plenty of good pics including through the VF, and if you have any sample pics. Lots of detail in the listing, as too many on there with no info, even if you are pointing out the obvious sometimes. Here's one of my old ones if it helps
