Afternoon all. Patio relaxation is in effect right now as I recover from removing and/or cutting back the overgrown shrubs in the front garden at Trev Towers. Still got lots to do but at my age it has to be done in stages. Amusingly my idiot neighbour is still infatuated with his new very cheap sounding B&Q petrol-powered hedge trimmer and if I notice him going out later I'll get my trusty Stihl battery-powered one out and tidy up the mess he made of my hedge yesterday, without asking me, while walking all over the thyme to get to to it which is in full flower and covered in bees, which was why I'd not done it. I do hope the damn thing breaks soon but seeing as he won't know he should drain the carb over winter it will probably not start come spring. Snigger.
