I tend to be mindful of food that seems as if someone has spent an overly amount of time making it look good.
Truly good food can be ugly and no one cares.

Still looking like winter here.
Taken just below Smith Mountain Dam in Virginia.
I had hoped to take some pics of the dam but the bridge across the river and the road to the top of the mountain are still closed for the winter
