Default Idle again!

OK traced the problem with my increasing idle speed down to the vacuum diaphram of the carbs pulling the slide open slightly increasing the idel speed. Eliminated dirty carbs, throttle cables and balance.

Does anybody know if this is common or if there is a service pack available to repair/replace the vacuum diaphram?

cheers guys.

Not heard of that problem before.

Try here although

I don't know if Suzuki do a repair kit. Never seen one on Ebay.

Actually just checked with Robinsons website and an OEM diaphram is cheaper

13507-33E00 is the part number. Possibly.

This sounds very wierd, if the slides close all the way with the engine off, and open at equal speed with the engine running when you blip the throttle then there's nowt wrong with them.
