I've got the OEM gel seat that Luckypants sold me last year on one bike, and I just aquired a Corbin one off Northwind for the other.
The OEM one is absolutely 100% comfy on long distance, just starts to feel a little damp if it rains( its got a fabric cover) And I've still to test drive the Corbin one.....I'll tell you in a weeks time when I'm back from Wales. Its a bit like a go-kart seat and a little odd on first trial that I did on a short run last week

Tis Ok, the OEM one feels like the standard at first, it kind of moulds to your bum after a short sit on it. And after about 500 miles you've kind of forgotten what your sitting on anyway!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hell of a lot better that the standard block of wood

I have a Suzuki gel seat on my K2s, really comfy. Vast improvement over original. |Also can get my feet down.

I have a corbin seat, it's brilliant, it's not too good for hanging off though as its a bit like a bucket at the back.
It is lower, but a little wider, you're sat right "in" the bike, which I like, but short legged people might not as the width of it counteracts the reduced height. I do know of a firm who will lower, re-cover and gel-pad any seat, probably cheaper than a replacement. Can find out the place if anyones interested?

i had my seat scooped out because i am so short of leg.
these guys did it & did a very good job. http://www.bootlegbikeseats.com/index.aspx they might be able to sort you out with a gel insert for your seat |
