Default Impressive bruise

It's got worse since I took this picture last weekend - I now have a hand that looks like it died a few days ago.

But here is my bruised arm soon after the op. And the x-ray showing the chipped bone.

I just spoke to my friend the physio who is getting me in to see one of the country's top specialists in bone pinning as they suspect that I have torn the muscle from the bone too.

Perhaps I shouldn't tell him that despite the advice texted to me in Thailand to 'take it easy' I proceeded to ride pillion for a week, go speed boat racing at the Golden Triangle, climb through some caves, play with elephants and soak in the hot springs and waterfall pools.

That Xray really frightens me - but then I don't know what I'm looking at.

Ouch - looks like you landed smack bang on the elbow and the bruise has spread down beneath the skin.

Good luck with getting it nailed back together,

Keith.

Good luck and if you trust your doctors, go with their rehab instructions ; looks nasty.

oooo, good bruise! As bruises go, thats and A+ i say.

BTW, love the new avatar, thats so cool!

Hope the dead looking hand works at least and so pleased to hear you're taking it easy in your own way and enjoying it out there as much as you can and didnt rush back here to grey skys and drizzle.

And great news that your pro bone guys will look after you well when the time comes.
