I bet the insurance wasn't cheap either. Suprise, surprise an extremely fast car got crashed!

Anyway, it's chickenfeed compared to the Selby Train Crash

Sort of reminds me of when Rowen Atkinson put his McLaren into a mini metro near Lancaster

Monster repair bill for him and mini slightly dented. Must go off to see if I can find it on the net

Whilst searching I found this interesting list. And I think the Atkinson is wrongly photoshoped as I don't think that one was his car

I've just read that the driver who crashed it is three times world F1 champion Sir Jackie Stewart.

Apparently the crash was caused by mud on the road, and not by a driving error:

Haha, of course it is driver error. Not driving safely enough for the conditions! Pretty standard to expect mud on the roads in March. I manage to ride my bike everyday through winter without crashing and it is a lot less stable than a Zonda!

Theres mud, and theres mud in the NE.

The road will be covered, so he was *probably* going at a fair rate, didn't expect it to be there.
