I've just spent half an hour trying to remove the visors off my helmets and was starting to get a bit wound up so decided to have a look for a demo on youtube, i found this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2YTHFTwwark
...now I'm REALLY f*cked off off because it looks simple and I still can't get them off!!!!! ![]() |

I know your pain... I snapped off sidepods on my first Arai. I can swap the visor out instantly now.
Lift the visor all the way up, then face the helmet away from you and put your fingers under the two little grey levers that appear from the sidepods. Lift both up until you hear a 'click' from both sides, then slide the visor out with upwards movement. Then enjoy the more difficult task of getting the visor back on ![]() |

Haven't all Arai owners been here
![]() I can do mine easily now but it's a bit scary to start with. Just follow the video and you'll be fine ![]() |

Was gonna say its the easy part getting the visor out.
Putting back in that will make you sweat. The simple solution is buy a AGV :0 |

My Shark has a damn good system, can change visors without taking my helmet off. No mirrors either.
