Default What is a forum for?

If you put a post up surly you expect replies and if they are not in agreement with your thinking this seems to be frowned upon as it is criticism.
Forum to me is debate and if you don't want your subject debated why post it in the first place.
People have different views on subjects so not all your replies are going to be harmonious

I personally think a forum is a place for like minded people who should all agree with each other because that would make it really interesting.....
