Default Model nicknames

Sooo, we have for the SV curvy and pointy.


GSXR I have heard of Slingshot, Slabside, and SRAD? Can anyone elaborate on the main differences?

Any other bikes that have similar model nicknames? Show off your bike knowledge

Bodyshapes (Slabside) or introduction of new technology (Slingshot carbs) (SRAD = Suzuki Ram Air Direct).

This for GSXR's. SRAD was also applicable to the TL

GT750 'Kettle' because of its liquid cooling

Have heard both direct is correct, Duct is something Kawasaki seem to use
