how stable are you on standard road tyres when conering... would you push it or not??
just dont feel like trashing my bike i can get my knee down when it is dry... should i try it in the wet? |

Would probably advise against it on road tyres. If you got wets no problem go for it.

I wouldn't try knee down on the wet on road tyres.
Too much of an unknown once they hit the slicker part of the tyre You to lean less in the wet to keep on the bigger contact patch of the tyre, top level racers lean to about 50-60 degrees in the dry and a maximum of 50 in the wet and thats on full racing wets which have a silly grippy and very soft

I find this a bit of a stupied question. You ride to your own limits and what you feel safe with.
If someone said I can get my knee down in the wet on normale tyres on the road. I'd say W.E ur mad you never know what's on the road. what you going to do when you hit a patch of diesel ???? I'm a bit of a wimp in the wet but that's only cz the Sv slides something mad in wet
