Driving Licence - Confused ! - SV650.org

Hi All,

Just got my driving licence back after being mugged by the DVLA for £20 to change my photo .

I got my card and paper licence back and a leaflet explaining as of 19th January 2013 new EU directives come into force on driving licences .

I,m entitled to ride : AM / A / B1 & klpq .

But not A1 & A2 what are these ? i tried reading the leaflet explanation and its just making my head hurt !

I had a similar issue a few weeks ago when I renewed mine.

If I remember correctly as long as there is A on there you should be fine.

Confused the hell out of me too

Without trudging through the mental ins and outs of what is now motorcycle entitlement and as far as i can remember A1 and A2 is for the under 24's HTH
