Great scenary.I've been to some of those places, including through the locks at Fort Augustus in a boat.We went on to Urquart castle where there is a landing stage.Aparently you are supposed to pay to get in but we missed that bit by arriving by boat. That road through Glen Coe is something else as well innit?

Excellent pictures.
I like the way they are linked. I fancy doing a similar trip around Ireland next year sometime. I have used Autoroute to map a course following mainly the coastline that works out about 1400 miles and I reckon 7 days at the most. I think 7 days works out well and keeps the stuff you need to carry to a minimum i.e. cloths etc. |
