In case you haven't heard about it, there was a quite severe crash coming back from the Essex air ambulance charity ride this last sunday.

The unfortunate update is that the woman involved has died in hospital.

It makes you think how vulnerable you really are when you read of such accidents.

Visited my family in the midlands (Shrewsbury) for a long weekend and noticed loads of motorbikes out on the Sunday. Tragically read the headline news of the local paper on the Monday to hear of two separate motorbike accidents of which one was fatal.
