probably if you go down to your local hiking shop, pick up some class of beeswax leather conditioner, stick it on, leave it. make sure the gloves arent slippy, you will be fine.

But, yeah. Wearing them is what you need to do.

Dubbin. Cheap and easy tto apply. Nourishes and softens the leather and waterproofs it a bit too. Only a bit mind.

if they have gone hard from being wet and dried too quickly,

leather food.

if its cos there new, wear em to break em in.
