Default Dukes Pass Cherry Popped!

Went on up today with my mate.

He rides a 748 and knows the road well.

Me however being a novice, decided to stick to a steady 45-50, unless i could see

through ahead. Nice road, need to do it more to learn it and build confidence.

Ended up taking the road to Crainlarich back by Tarbet and down to Dumbarton.

Cracken day, bloody roasting.

More please!!!

Cheers

Yeah it's good, in a kind of

"OMG!!!! Don't fixate" kind of way

Some nice wee series, the kind you can relax into, then you get hit with a

tight downhill witha large rock staring at you on the run out.

It's good though, makes you focus.

The nice new road surfaces are good too.

And it's not that far from home either!!

Its about a 60 mile round trip for me and its well worth it, Still not a big fan of the second half (Callander end) but I could spend a couple of hours just going up and down the aberfoyle end, and I do...

For me its the First hotel entrance on the way over from Aberfoyle. I turn in there go back to the wee layby on the left and feed the horse some grass then head back... i don't mind the other side (north of the loch) but I do prefer the south (aberfoyle) side...
