Default Insurance repairs

I'm claiming on my FC policy to get my bike fixed.

Carol Nash have their own network of approved repairers.

They are arranging for my bike to be collected and repaired by a firm in Slough called 'Tigwell & Williams Coachworks'.

The bike is 2 months old so still has most of the 2 year warranty to run.

How is my warranty affected if the bike is repaired by this firm ?

An insurance repair is done to Thatcham approved standards, which are extremely high. It will not affect your warranty

You'll have to wait in line because my poor old K3 went in there yesterday! (Approved repairers for ebike too). They phoned this afternoon to give me a damage report, definetly sounded like they knew their stuff....
