cop trap warning...
if you happen to pass thru Regents Park outter circle on your journey make sure you either have a completely standard bike..... or find a diffrent route.
i got a tug there this morning and he wanted to impound my bike for a badly adjusted chain. More here They also have a number of pretty hairdryers that they are pointing at people  you have been warned!
