Hello all,
I am just about to take delivery on my new 07 plate K6 on the 1st of March. I was wondering where can I get a hugger for the bike. I like the look of the pyramid one, but it states on their website it is for the 03 model. There is nothing for my bike or will the 03 fitr my K6? Anyone got any advice and where I can get one for my model bike please. Thanks, Dan |

There are some genuine Suzuki ones cheap on ebay at the moment, just search for sv650, all 03 onwards should fit, colour match will be a problem on 06 bikes unless you buy a OEM to match, Suzuki price is £170.
You will love your SV Dan ! We all do. |

I thought it was necessary to get one k4+ as after that the tool-kit was moved from under the seat to a little box above the wheel. Lot's of reports of the tool box wearing a hole in the hugger.
I've placed an order for one to be fitted with my next service in a few days. Couldn't find a cheapo one, so having to pay full price ![]() |

So a K3 won't fit on a K6?
Confusing? |

Just checked Robinsons website. They don't list Sv650 genuine accessories beyond 04 but it does specify a different hugger for 03 and 04 models. The bonus being that the 04 one is 8 quid cheaper. I know that you don't want an OE one but it shows there must be some differences

Right! So it looks like an 03 won't fit on an 04. The question now is if an 04 will fit on an 06.
