Default Bike spotters, name this bellypan

At least 3 members of this forum should get this one, lets see if the eagle eyed bike spotters can identify this bellypan on a TL (I think).

(stolen from Tartan Terror, UKbellyboys site)

''The 'VENGENCE' bellypan is manufactured by MEGATEC FIGHTERS in Germany. It features a full fibreglass construction for ultimate strength and superb agressive lines for the ultimate in streetfighter looks!
Designed as a universal unit for V-twin engines, it is narrower than our other universal fighter bellypans and so can be fitted to virtually any modern V-twin bike. Has been tested and fitted to Ducati V-twins, Buell & Harley engines, Suz TL, Yam MT-01.
Fitting up and bracket manufacture may be required, so please ensure you are either confident of the task or able to pass the job on to a professional for fitment.
Pictured here fitted to the amazing EXTREME CREATIONS (02 9939 487 project VENOM TLR1000 along with our awesome 'PHANTOM4' headlight unit, 'X-STATIC' front guard and 'X-ECUTE' seat unit.
This really is a high quality item from the absolute masters of streetfighter bodywork - MEGATEC - and exclusive to AuSFR in Australia!''

How the hell would anyone come up with that idea I really dont know, results of a bizarre accident?
