BMW F800GS 2008 For Sale

For sale is my BMW F800 GS. This bike is outstanding and, unlike many others that come standard; mine comes with all the optional BMW extras. The bike has 3 previous owners. The first being a dealership as a demo. The bike was then owned for a year and no more than a 1000 miles were put on it. This is when the last previous owner from here brought it at 2000 miles in 2010.

The bike is in mint condition, the only marks are on an aftermarket part which is the right hand guard. No more than a mere scuff. The previous owner stated that it was scrapped when entering the garage.

All Recall work done, a folder full of receipts of all the optional extras purchased originally with the bike as well as the servicing paperwork.

- Full BMW Service History.
- Mileage is at 13,760. Just returned from a 2500 mile French Alp trip.
- It's an ABS equipped bike
- Has a Cee Baileys tinted touring screen + Original
- Has an Akrapovic exhaust costing £595! + Original
- Has a Vario Top box*
- Has a BMW Tank bag
- Has a Scottoiler fitted
- Had two brand new tyres before i went to the Alps. In perfect Condition.
- Has Heated Grips
- Has the full on-board computer - Returned*70 MPG*in France.
- Has a Center stand
- Has a BMW Factory fitted alarm
- Has 3 keys, 2 keys and 2 fobs as well as a master key.*
- Has BMW Hand guards with extra spoilers.*
- Has a Garmin Zumo Ram mount.

- The bike is restricted to 33bhp as my licence requires this. I have the original Throttle bodies which can be replaced by BMW at the buyers expense. I do have the receipt of the original work carried out by BMW.

- Tax runs out on the 31/01/2013.*
- Mot runs out in August and will be renewed for a full year.*
- Never been off road! Or dropped!*
- The bike is covered under BMW Warranty.

My change in circumstances with my job force the sale of the bike to buy a car to transport my kit around. Otherwise i would be keeping this superb adventure bike.

Ahhhh man! literally on the verge of buying this! so tempting!

Tomor i can't express how many compliments i have been getting from the BMW forum to Adventure forums, everyone that knows me like Robert above knows how well i keep my bike. I'm so fussy that i don't take the bike out in the rain unless i have too. I even went to the limit of asking BMW to tighten my chain at a price of £34.00's! Maybe i won't do that again, but it was well worth it. It's had thousands spent on it and i have a folder full of everything done to the bike as well as all the optional extras that were purchased originally.

It breaks my heart to need to sell this bike i have dreamed of a BMW for 17 years of my life since i was two. I was fortunate enough to be given the money to buy one however now being in the Police i am forced to get a car to travel around in. Otherwise it would be sitting in its garage with me admiring it.

Truly amazing bike and i'm sure the next owner would love it!

2k to insure it? Ouch where did you go? Mine is 900ish as third party f&t. At 19 with 2 years NCB. Full comp was about £1,500 when i looked.
