removing acumen cat1
Hi, i need some help as ive just decided to remove my alarm as it keeps randomly going off by itself and id rather just not have it on there. Problem is ive just taken if off and the bike wont start, the ignition is switched on but the 'CHEC' signal comes on and the fuel pump doesnt run. What ive done is; pulled apart the two connectors that go towards the rear indicators, cut the wire that goes to the rear seat opening sensor and cut 9 black and 1 yellow wire that seems to disappear into the loom under the seat. Can anyone help? Its a 06 650S, thanks!

Re: removing acumen cat1
You will probably have to open up the loom, find the coloured wires that have been split and rejoin them. If there is no slack you can use the black wires as a patch, just don't get them mixed up. If your not confident then it will be a dealer or auto electrician. The reason for the exposed wires being black is to stop someone just cutting them and riding off.
