Default miss fire

when i really wind the power on my 99 curvy it seems to old back and miss fire. could this be down to having a restricted ecu fitted. if so how can you tell if it is a restricted one. many thanks

Restriction on Curvys is washers in the inlet rubbers. I had no issue full throttling mine with a restriction, might need some carb set up for top end.
